Sho Madjozi Becomes US Epic Records New Artist.
South African Rap Sensation & Award Winner, Sho Madjozi signs new deal with United States Epic Records following her 2020 BET Awards Nomination.
She joins the likes of artists who have already signed to Epic Records according to Wikipedia. They are Mudvayne, Fuel, Fiona Apple, Sara Bareilles, Mariah Carey, Future, Fifth Harmony, Zara Larsson, Jennifer Hudson, Keyshia Cole, Franz Ferdinand, Revis, Outkast, Bella Thorne, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Cheyenne Kimball, Busta Rhymes, Verbow, Rick Ross, 21 Savage, Bernard Butler, Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Silverchair, French Montana, Ultraspank, Meghan Trainor, Camila Cabello, Wrabel, Swizz Beatz, Pearl Jam, The Black Eyed Peas, and Louis Tomlinson.
In developing Sho Madjozi, Epic, headed by chairman/CEO Sylvia Rhone, will collaborate with Sony Music Entertainment Africa (SMEA). “We’re working at a special company at a special time and we couldn’t be prouder than we are of our local star Sho and our big sister Sylvia for partnering to make this happen,” said Sean Watson, managing director of SMEA.

Among her appearances in the U.S., Sho created a viral moment when she met actor and WWE legend John Cena, the namesake of her song, on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” in November 2019.
